Accident, death of a loved one, loss of a job or a relationship, or any other circumstance of injustice or dramatic,
sometimes in life we have to cope with a tragic event.
Sometimes it is expected; sometimes it hits us almost at the wrong time. There is obviously no right or wrong time to host a tragic event.
It's hard, it's painful, it is sometimes unbearable and devastating. But is it possible to deal with it calmly and in such a way
