What kind of situation?

Either you come with a goal, such as "I want to free myself from [...]", or you come with a problem and we identify together what needs to be freed up.
Examples:

• I want to free myself from what's stopping me from launching my project
• I would like to free myself from my anxiety when I speak.
• I want to free myself from my fear of making a decision
• I want to free myself from toxic situations
• ...
• I'm in a recurring situation where I take the plunge and end up changing my mind. Others dissuade me from continuing, or I'm afraid of disappointing them, etc. I don't know how to change that.
• I scatter myself in todo lists that exhaust me and I always feel overwhelmed.
• ...

How does it work?

Entirely remote, by telephone or videoconference. We meet online, usually on Zoom.

In French or English, as you wish.

It's helpful to take notes before the session, so you can remember what the problem was once it's gone - often people forget completely as if it never existed - and it's valuable to be able to see your results.

What approach or method do you use?

The framework for these sessions is a certified professional coaching framework.
These sessions may look like coaching or therapy, but they are in fact another form of self-help. This is an "Information Technology" approach: it's the way you approach information that shows how you currently function, with your strengths and limitations.

So we approach your issues in an informational way, without judging or falling into the usual analysis. We take the elements as they are, as pieces of information, and use them to identify what you want to change in your situation or the way you operate to achieve a different result. It's all about programming and re-programming your patterns, beliefs and reflexes.

Only one condition: dare to tell the truth. I don't need all the details, on the contrary, the essentials are enough. As long as it's sincere, it will be effective.

What tools do we use?

In addition to diagnosis, which you yourself are the tool for, we can use a variety of techniques depending on your needs, the issue at hand, and your sensitivity to one or other of the means at our disposal.
Examples: Transmoting, Tapping, TFT, EFT, Kinesiology, Quantum Connection, TIPI, NLP, EMDR or kinesthetic and auditory equivalent, Matchmen, Karmic map, Psycho-energetic recalibration...

How many sessions are required?

For a simple problem, a single session will already make a remarkable difference.
For a more complex problem, three to four sessions can be useful. The first to identify the few main axes of the problem, the following to deal with the elements we have targeted.
To go further or to deal with another subject, one session per subject may be more than enough.

How much does it cost?

The current Introductory Rate is : 72€/1h ou 90€/1h30 TTC
The sessions are guaranteed, so you pay because you are satisfied. Generally, you are even surprised by the results, and therefore very satisfied. Payment is by bank transfer, paypal or credit card.

What if I want to follow-up over several days/weeks?

For example, if you are embarking on a delicate project for which you would like "on-demand" support (being able to phone me almost live to deal with something on the spot and make immediate progress), contact me to identify the exact need and define the conditions together. It's feasible and interesting, so depending on your situation, we'll find an arrangement that suits us.
